What Twitter told me to get my father for Father’s Day
My father is hard to shop for. Here are some things currently on his Amazon wishlist:
A binding cane.
A Neiko Infrared Laser Aim Thermometer.
And my favorite, Chlor-Floc US Military Water Purification Powder Packets. (Why?)
Those gifts are weird and I did not want to get them for him. But Father’s Day was coming up, so I asked people on Twitter what I should buy him. Here is what they came up with.
A horse head mask.
A battle axe.
A phone call with Micky Dolenz.
A DVD of “Liz and Dick.” (That recommendation came from, who else, David Fantle.)
In conclusion, never ask the Internet for anything.
I bought him a necktie.
