Romney surrogates in Green Bay, Fox Valley while Obama rallies in Madison

Happy Day-Before-The-Election, folks.

If you haven’t noticed, Wisconsin is the place to be today. Sometimes it feels like these people only want us for our electoral votes…

While Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney hosts rallies in Florida, Virginia, Ohio and New Hampshire, surrogates for the campaign have stops planned in the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas today. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former Missouri Sen. Jim Talent, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), Rep. Marcia Blackburn (R-Tenn.), and Tobin Ryan (Paul Ryan’s brother) will visit the Green Bay, Appleton and Fond du Lac Republican offices.

They’ll start at the Green Bay Victory Center, 1915 S. Webster Ave., at 10:30 a.m. Then they’ll move on to the Appleton Victory Center, 609 W. College Ave., Suite C, at 11:55 a.m., and they’ll end the tour at the Fond du Lac Victory Center, 55 N. Macy St. at 1:30 p.m.

In the meantime, in case you hadn’t heard, President Barack Obama is in Madison for the second time this month — this time, with none other than Bruce “The Boss” Springsteen. The folks at Isthmus are running a nifty live blog if you want to follow along, here.

No word on any more visits — from candidates or surrogates — to Oshkosh, but check back here later for a post about this weekend’s visit to the Winnebago County Democratic Party headquarters from cast members of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and “Happy Endings.”
