“A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.” — Henry Adams
It’s Teacher Appreciation Week so now is the time to pass along your gratitude, admiration and appreciation to your children’s teachers for all that they do.
It’s too late for this gift idea for this year, but it could be something to keep in mind for next. It’s an ABC Teacher Gift Basket.
Each child in the class picks a letter of the alphabet and buys a gift that starts with that letter. M could be movie tickets, for example. All the gifts receive a sticker or embellishment with its letter and are combined and then put into a basket or large container.
I think it’s such a fun way for an entire class to say thank you. Plus, any teacher would appreciate getting the alphabet and creativity involved!
