Photography exhibit opens June 29 at Mosquito Hill Nature Center

Members of the Mid-Wisconsin Photography Group are displaying a selection of their art – including nature and landscape photographs – in an exhibit that opens June 29 at Mosquito Hill Nature Center.

A “meet-the-artist” reception runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the nature center, which is located two miles east of New London off County S at N3880 Rogers Road.

The exhibit runs through Aug. 30 in the nature center’s Thrivent Financial Gallery.

It is free and open to the public during regular nature center hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Artists on display include Linda Alfuth, Scandinavia; Michael Patrick, Waupaca; and Judy Johnson and Trey Foerster, both of Iola.

A portion of the sale price of each photograph will benefit the nature center.
