Though a slew of comedians (at Skyline Comedy Cafe and Comedy Quarter) and Saliva (at Luna Sunday) are hardly considered holiday entertainment, “A Frank’s Christmas” (at Meyer Theatre this weekend) and Mannheim Steamroller Christmas (at Fox Cities PAC Saturday) are building up the yuletide cheer.
