Break out the Lucky Strikes, folks, “Mad Men” has a return date.
The sixth season of the award-winning AMC drama will premiere April 7, according to a slew of internet reports. Usually around this time of year, labels like “Emmy-winning dynasty” or “reigning Outstanding Drama Series winner” can be thrown in front of “Mad Men,” but Showtime’s “Homeland” upset the four-time champ this time around. (But you look out, heavy-breathing Nicholas Brody… the Don is comin’ for your crown!)
The two-hour premiere episode will air at 8 p.m., and the ensuing episodes at 9 p.m.
