Cory Chisel on ‘Conan’ tonight

It’s time for yet another Cory Chisel-related DVR reminder: The Appleton native singer/songwriter will pay a visit to “Conan” on TBS tonight.

Also scheduled to appear on the 10 p.m. show are “Wreck-It Ralph” star John C. Reilly and “Happy Endings” actress Casey Wilson. This will be Chisel’s second late-night TV appearance in promotion for “Old Believers.” He played “The Late Show with David Letterman” in July. (If you missed it, here’s that performance.)

And, just since we’re on the topic of Cory Chisel, here’s a look at his “Mother” of all Halloween costumes, Misfits-era Glenn Danzig. The photo comes from his Facebook page.

Chisel will return to Wisconsin for a handful of shows in December, including a Dec. 15 stop at LedgeStone Vineyards in Greenleaf and Dec. 21 at Appleton’s Lawrence Memorial Chapel. He’ll also visit Milwaukee’s Turner Hall  Dec. 18 and Madison’s High Noon Saloon Dec. 19.
